PAIR Billiard Accessories (“PAIR,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) is a brand operated by Tangjia LLC.
These Terms and Conditions apply to purchases from https://pairbilliards.com/ and use of our website. Please review them before placing an order. Contact us if you have questions about any term.
Nothing in these Terms removes or restricts consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
2. Orders and Customer Information
Please provide accurate contact, billing, and shipping information when placing an order. You must be legally able to enter into the purchase and authorized to use the selected payment method.
Check the product, quantity, specifications, and delivery address before submitting payment. Contact us promptly if you notice an error.
If a product becomes unavailable or we cannot fulfill your order, we will contact you. We will not substitute a materially different product without your agreement. If the order is cancelled because we cannot fulfill it, we will refund the amount paid for the cancelled order.
3. Products and Descriptions
Please review the product description, included components, dimensions, and compatibility information before purchasing. Contact us if you are unsure whether a product is suitable for your needs.
Product images illustrate the item being sold. Screen settings and lighting may affect how colors appear. This does not affect your right to receive goods that match their description.
Accessories shown for demonstration are included only where the product listing states that they are included.
4. Prices and Payments
The applicable currency, product price, shipping charge, and total payable are shown at checkout.
Payment must be successfully confirmed before dispatch. Any currency conversion or separate fees charged by your bank or payment provider are governed by your agreement with that provider.
Price changes apply to future purchases and do not automatically change the price of an existing order. If we identify a material pricing error affecting your order, we will contact you to resolve it. We will not charge an increased amount without your agreement.
5. Shipping and Delivery
Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.
Estimated delivery after dispatch is approximately 15 days for Economy Shipping or 10 days for Priority Shipping. These estimates may be affected by customs processing, carrier delays, weather, and other delivery conditions. Your applicable legal rights concerning delayed or missing deliveries remain unaffected.
Unless clearly stated otherwise at checkout, the shipping charge includes the applicable shipping costs, import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees normally associated with the shipment. Contact us if a carrier unexpectedly requests an additional import payment.
If we cannot dispatch within the stated processing time, we will provide an updated date and the option to cancel the unshipped order for a full refund.

6. Cancellations, Returns, and Refunds
Contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel or change an order. Once dispatched, a shipment may be impossible to stop or redirect. Dispatch does not remove any cancellation or return rights provided by applicable law.
We do not offer voluntary change-of-mind returns or exchanges for products that are free from defects and match the order and description. This does not affect any statutory cooling-off period or other mandatory right to cancel, return, or receive a refund.
If a product arrives damaged, defective, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact us promptly with your order number and relevant photographs or video. Reporting the issue within 7 days helps us investigate quickly; this is not a deadline that removes your rights concerning valid claims made later.
