PAIR Billiard Accessories (“PAIR,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) is a brand operated by Tangjia LLC. This policy explains how we handle returns, cancellations, exchanges, and refunds.
Returns and Change-of-Mind Purchases
We do not offer voluntary change-of-mind returns or exchanges.
If the product is free from defects, undamaged, complete, and matches your order and our product description, we do not accept returns or issue refunds simply because you:
- Changed your mind
- No longer need or want the product
- Purchased it by mistake
- Found a lower price elsewhere
- Decided that it does not suit your personal preferences
This applies even if the product is unused or unopened, except where applicable law gives you a right to cancel or return your purchase.
The 7-day reporting period below is for product issues. It is not a 7-day trial or a change-of-mind return period.
Damaged, Defective, Incomplete, or Incorrect Products
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 7 calendar days after receiving it if:
- The product arrived damaged
- The product is defective or does not work as described
- Components or accessories are missing
- You received the wrong product
Email tangzhenyu01@gmail.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photographs or video where available. For shipping damage, please also include images of the packaging and shipping label if available.
After reviewing the issue, we will arrange an appropriate solution, which may include replacement components, a repair, a replacement product, or a partial or full refund, in accordance with your applicable legal rights.
Please report delivery issues within 7 days so we can investigate promptly. This reporting period does not limit your statutory rights or exclude valid claims for defects discovered later.
How to Arrange a Return
Please contact us before sending a product back so we can provide the correct return address and instructions.
If a return is required, securely package the product and include the components and accessories relevant to the return. Please retain the original packaging where possible.
Do not send returns to the address on the shipping label unless we confirm that it is the correct return address.
Contacting us for instructions does not replace or restrict any statutory right to cancel.
Return Shipping Costs
For confirmed defects, delivery damage, missing components, or incorrect products, we will cover necessary and reasonable return shipping costs where a return is required, or arrange another appropriate solution at no additional cost to you.
Where a change-of-mind return is required by applicable law, return shipping costs and refunds of outbound delivery charges will be handled according to that law, as explained below.
Order Cancellations
You may request cancellation before your order has been dispatched by emailing us as soon as possible.
Once an order has been dispatched, we generally cannot stop or recall the shipment. Dispatch does not remove any cancellation or return rights provided by applicable law.
Outside those legal rights, a shipped order cannot be returned solely because you changed your mind.
Refund Processing
Where a return is required, we will review the returned product promptly and notify you of the outcome.
Approved refunds will normally be issued to the original payment method within 5 business days after approval, and always within any applicable statutory deadline. Your payment provider may require additional time to display the refund.
Where the law requires a refund based on proof of return or another deadline, we will follow those requirements.
Exchanges
We arrange replacements for damaged, defective, or incorrect products as appropriate. We do not offer voluntary exchanges based solely on personal preference or a change of mind.
